Device Loaner Application
The device loaner application will allow you to submit a request for a loaner device, exchange a loaner device, return a loaner device or report a lost/stolen loaner device. If you have any questions, contact us at BCCDeviceLoaner@bcc.cuny.edu or 718.289.5970.
New Device Request
BCC students, faculty and staff may borrow a Chromebook, iPad, laptop or mobile hotspot to complete their coursework, for one semester at a time. You must be enrolled for the term in which the loan is being requested. Someone from IT will be contacting you via your BCC email address. If you have already submitted a new device request, please do not re-submit a request.
Return Device
If you no longer need the loaner device and would like to return it, submit a Return Device Request. Someone from IT will be contacting you via your BCC email address.
Exchange Device
If your loaner device is experiencing issues, submit an Exchange Device Request. Someone from IT will be contacting you via your BCC email address for more details.
Device Lost or Stolen
If the loaner device is lost or stolen, submit a Lost or Stolen Request. Someone from Public Safety will contact you for more details either via your BCC email address or your phone/cell.
