Enrollment Verification
The College sends student enrollment data to the National Student Clearinghouse during the first week of each semester and subsequently every two weeks. Online certifications, proof of enrollment and loan deferment information for a future semester or a semester that has not started yet will not be available online.
Third Party Certifications
The following information is intended for employers, scholarships, insurance companies, third parties and other agencies needing certification of student enrollment and degree verification at Bronx Community College
The National Student Clearinghouse (NSC)
National Student Clearinghouse has been authorized to act as our agent for certification of enrollments and degree verifications for students who attended or graduated from Bronx Community College.
Please direct all requests for certification of attendance or graduation to the National Student Clearinghouse.
The NSC service is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day online. All faxes must include the student’s signed and dated consent.

In Person Request for Verification
Government, employment and or individuals (parents and spouses) that wish to retrieve student information in person must follow the protocol below, in order to obtain the necessary information:- Any agency and or individual that wishes to retrieve student information in person, providing that they have a release form signed by the student, must see General Council on campus, Language Hall, 3rd Floor- Room 37, 718.289.5102.
- The Registrar’s Office will not release any information until General Council has approved the request at hand.
