Welcome to the online RN Program Application!

To make sure you are eligible to apply to the Registered Nursing Program, please refer the checklist below. You must have taken all, or be currently enrolled in the pre-reqs to be eligible to apply. Please do not apply at this time, if you have not completed the pre-requisites this semester. If you meet the requirements, then you are ready to apply to the program.

I have passed with a C or better or am currently taking ENG 110/111
I have passed with a C or better or am currently taking PSY 11
I have passed with a C or better or am currently taking COMM 11
I have passed with a C+ or better or am currently taking BIO 23
I have passed with a C+ or better or am currently taking PHM 10
I have taken or am currently taking CHM 2 OR have taken the placement exam and am exempt from CHM 2
I have taken and have a proficiency level of Proficient, Advanced or Exempt in the TEAS exam
I have a GPA of 2.70 or above

Effective in the Fall 2009 semester, in order to advance into nursing clinical sequence, students must provide documentation for one of the following categories:

U.S. Citizenship.
Permanent Residency.
International Student with F1 Status.
Granted Asylum, Refugee Status, Temporary Protected Status, Withholding of Removal, Deferred Enforced Departure, or Deferred Action Status by the U.S. government.
