Accelerated Study in Associate Program (ASAP)
ASAP is designed to help motivated community college students earn their degrees as quickly as possible.
CUNY Language Immersion Program (CLIP)
CLIP is an intensive English as a Second Language (ESL) program for CUNY students who need to improve their academic English language skills.
College Discovery

College Discovery was established to provide comprehensive academic support to assist capable students who otherwise might not be able to attend college due to their educational and financial circumstances. To be eligible, a student must be a first-time first-semester student, or a transfer student previously enrolled in another New York State higher education opportunity program such as SEEK (CUNY), HEOP (private colleges), or EOP (SUNY)
CUNY Start
Start out stronger in college by improving your reading, writing, and/ or math skills. CUNY Start will help reduce the amount a student spend in required remedial "catch up" classes.
Honors Program
The Honors Program is for students with high aspirations and a strong commitment to learning. Honors courses combine an emphasis on interactive classroom settings, critical thinking, library research and strong writing skills.

Writing Center
Sage Hall[ SA], room 100 • 718.289.5279Students who use the Writing Center can expect to receive personal, one-on-one instruction that will lead them to be independent learners, thinkers, and writers. The Center works with students in individualized tutorials to develop, organize and refine written assignments and projects in all subject areas.
