Title IX Resource Page for Students

Welcome to the College’s Title IX resource page. This page serves as a College resource on issues of sexual misconduct pertaining to students, faculty, staff, and visitors who are part of the community at Bronx Community College. Bronx Community College is committed to providing a learning, working and living environment that promotes personal integrity, civility and mutual respect in an environment free of sexual misconduct and discrimination.

A Message from Dr. Claudia V. Schrader, Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Success

At Bronx Community College, sexual assault, violence, and harassment stand in opposition to everything we value. We are working very hard to promote a community of dignity, respect and safety for all, which includes enhancing education and prevention efforts, expanding training for our campus community, strengthening comprehensive support services for victims, communicating clearly about available resources, and ensuring prompt and equitable adjudication of reported violations. In recent months, our campus, in conjunction with CUNY, has adopted new policies and procedures, improved our ability to investigate reports of sexual assault, violence and harassment and enhanced support services for victims. If you would like additional information, please feel free to contact my office at 718.289.5139.
